Terms & Conditions :

  • The Warranty period commences from the date of purchase. To make the warranty effective, you must produce the invoice, together with the warranty policy properly filled and sealed, along with the product in the center of service or in the place where it was acquired. To claim warranty, the product should be under warranty period.
  • The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product & are at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • Customers may be asked to furnish proof of ownership and date of purchase by showing the sales receipt/purchase invoice. Proof of purchase is required to be presented for availing warranty services.
  • Our customer service team will attempt to troubleshoot the issue via phone call or email. If the issue is not resolved over call or email, you can self-ship the product to our service centre and share the tracking details with our customer service team. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit if you self-ship your product to us.
  • This warranty extends only to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases, leases or otherwise obtains the product from the original purchaser.
  • The Company undertakes to repair the entire product or to replace defective parts and components to be required, at no charge to customer, including labor, as long as the failure is attributable to a manufacturing defect.
  • In the event that a replacement is given, it will be finished with an equal condition gadget just, with or without packaging & accessories. Transportation costs arising from compliance with this policy to be bear by the customer.
  • We shall not cover any liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in our brand product/s.
  • We will make every effort to carry out repair at the earliest; however, we would like to make it expressly clear that we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
  • We won’t engage in any warranty claims if the product/s are not operated by the directions given in the guidance manual and disintegration or stripping of the shade of the item because of ordinary wear and tear or utilization.

Indicated at the end of this warranty policy.

This Warranty shall be rendered null and void if :

  • The Product is damaged due to transportation, fall, weather, extreme temperatures, shock, improper use, mishandling or negligence after the purchase of the Product.
  • The Product is damaged as a result of natural disaster or acts of God, e.g. fire, flood, lightning.
  • The Product is damaged as a result of connection to irregular voltage sources.
  • The Product is installed, maintained, operated or use other than in accordance with the instructions that accompany the purchased Product.
  • The Product is altered, modified or repaired by persons outside.
  • The customer cannot provide the sales receipt or purchase invoice.
  • The Warranty period has expired.
